Alpha: Lie your ass off. Tell Tubs that the briefcase he's looking for can't be opened without a passphrase only known by you and the rest of your now-dead squad. If he tries to point out that he can break the briefcase open himself, tell him this would instantly render the device inside non-functional, or that he needs a different passphrase to activate the device. Either way, he needs you alive.

Or, alternatively

Alpha: Stop panicking, aim your sniper rifle, and shoot at Tubs and/or Flush and/or José.

This is not the original Juddy. We made a deal because we use the same username, and I own this account now. I am the owner. It is me. Totally worth giving up a reddit account with high karma for a forum account with adventures I read

>Alpha: Look, you've lost. As unfortunate as it may be, you lost. However, that doesn't mean you have to die. Cooperate, give the giant blue bruiser what he wants. Live to fight another day, so to speak. Doesn't mean you have to give up, revenge can always come later. But for now, life is the most important thing. No need to break down and lose your pride, but no reason to get killed either.

As a lone wolf observing the situation from afar is your specialty. As such you are wholly outside your comfort zone, close up encounters should be left to others and you cannot be blamed for giving in in the face of a threat that they failed to handle properly. You course of action is obvious. Pray for a rescue and

Or, other idea, since I never forgot about that little secret at the end of the Tubs vs. Charlie flash:

Why didn't Dirac warn you about this any of this? He should've seen Tubs heading to your position.

...Well then. You saw what Tubs did to Johnny, and can guess that the same happened to a lot of the others as well.

What kind of sniper are you? This would have been over already if you had just pulled the trigger while they were still outside. Even now, it would've been over if you stopped being shortsighted and bothered to open the door from a few feet away...

You're done. You tell him about the false wall by the elevator. Dirac should have enough time to get out before they take a look.

You just remembered that José is still deaf. You should probably take another crack at directing him.

You throw José to your left and nail the false wall on the first try.

He returns with the briefcase.

Finally! You got what you came here for. Let's take a peek.

...This isn't what you had in mind.

To your credit, it's definitely what you were looking for. You just thought it'd be something different.

Oh well. That's what you get for taking a job without all the details.

Mission accomplished at the very least. And you certainly didn't come out of it empty handed!

It's time to go.

It's the guy from forty seconds ago. For someone who just had their arms ripped from their sockets, he moves pretty fast!
