I highly encourage you to listen to the entire "The Race for Space" album by public service broadcasting. They do a great job of putting the key events of the space race to music. The one below is the high point of the album, where you hear mission control prepare and execute the landing on the moon.

Now that I think about it, themes like Silver Sun were kind of the reason I realized that I liked DnB and just electronic music in general.

That is incredible! I love both Rube Goldberg machines and experimental music, and it's really cool how the noise of the machine is part of the music.

Yeah I love stuff like that. It always amazes me how people come up with this stuff and have it work so well

Since the first time I saw it, I have viewed that machine as the masterwork of someone with a great understanding musical composition and mechanical engineering. I take great satisfaction in seeing expressions of such skill and craft

I don't like it when people tell me my favorite songs sound like "sims music." Sims music is generic ass music made to sound like other music such as my favorite songs
